3.12.2 Backup and Restore Circuit Name Table
The circuit name table can be backed up and restored via VNVRAM, adding additional
flexibility for managing circuit names.
When TFTP is used or NVRAM is backed up to FLASH, entire NVRAM is saved, including
the circuit name table.
